Posted By: BlackSoxFan
I think it is finally time that I bid the board adieu. I will post in the future here under cardpricer.com or itailers (our two-year old auction assitant/auction house business) when something relating to those two companies is talked about or announced.

I appreciate the contacts i have made through this board. I believe that it is in my best interest, as a professional presence in the hobby, to handle things this way. Under extremely unusual circumstances (eg. Dan Kravitz situation) I may come back but that's about it.

I will continue to read and continue to communicate with people directly through email about B/S/T and such. In the future, if you ever have any questions for me, please contact me privately.... you can call me or email me anytime day or night.

To clarify something to Zachary Rice and anyone else (Leon/Brian/any of the other mods)...there are a handful of people who do, and probably will continue to come around who share the same IP address as i do. When my IP changes so does theirs. These people run chained proxy connections so that they can surf privately (in common english: they fake their internet address so as they are free of privacy concerns). I am sure that leon will still hold this "ip" address to the same standards and if these handful of people choose to make "controversial statments", they will have to abid by the rules or be banned. I hope that clarifies any confusion.

Yes CardPricer.com is launching the last week of May. That is firm and in place. Yes iTailers does have a decent sized inventory of pre-war cards. At some point in time, they will be going to auction. Whether this is through a tradional auction format on itailers.com or through eBay is to be determined. We may, depending on the needs of our clients, choose to move through them on eBay as we do most inventory. In other words, in what format (eBay/itailers.com/other)these items are sold is yet to be determined. I will make sure that myself or one of the people working with me lets the general community know.

As the CardPricer.com has several NDA's in place, please respect the business relationships that are in place. We will talk freely with anyone at anytime provided we do not violate these NDA's.

Lastly, I will have the iTailers Auction Manager come on here in the next few days and give you guys her information. If you have any questions about an item for sale or run through that outlet you will be more than welcome to contact Michelle (or myself) directly. Thank you again everyone, it has been a real pleasure. I hope to meet with many of you in person at the National. While we I and some of the other cardpricer.com guys will be there the entire week, we have chosen to pass on a corporate pressence at this time. Hopefully i will have enough time to sit down with anyone who wants to chat. Cheers ladies and gentleman.

Regards,

Black Sox Fan

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

email me
