The example card could very well be a mint card and with that centering was given the ex grade. I personnaly would have taken the 9 oc grade myself.<br /><br /><br />Steve

All three of the corners you can see look at least touched. <br /><br />It is my understanding that PSA will knock you down at least two full grades if you forego the qualifier, and can knock down more depending upon eye appeal (or lack of same). This card looks to me like at best a 7 before you start knocking down, which means it should get no higher than 5--and being that fricking far off center--both ways no less-should max that card at 4, IMHO.
