I still maintain SGC is the toughest. And I wonder if PSA still gives preferential treatment to certain dealers lik ethey did 5 years ago.<br /><br />How does that card get a 4? Three rounded corners and staining on the front!

Perhaps they both got it right. There's really no definitive line between grades on a scale. What's a 3 today might be a 4 tomorrow and maybe even rejected the next day. As one who submits to PSA, I assure you: Nothing's shocking.
