Seller stated its 5" x 8.25", is blank backed and printed on heavy stock paper. Seller thought was some type of premium from the 1930s. thanks to anyone who can help. Perhaps it was stamped in response to a via mail autograph request. It has folds the standard horizontal folds consistant with being mailed. It was not uncommon for a kid to send a picture to the ball player to be signed.
