Posted By: Martin Neal
A local shop has one of these for sale. It's the 1906 Chicago White Sox postcard. Anyone have an idea of its worth? There is asome writing on the back and a little writing along the bottom border on the front. Thanks.

Posted By: bigfish
This series was listed in the 2003 scd. I have the chicage cubs and it books for 600 and I recently paid 75 for it. The whitesox only has hof's Ed Walsh I believe. I am guessing it is worth 4-600 and would buy it for 50-75 bucks.

Hope this helps but I could be alittle off on the price.

Posted By: Martin Neal
That does help. They are asking $100.00 for it. I don't have any vintage postcards so I think I will try and get it. Thanks again.

Posted By: Martin Neal
I just picked it up. will try to post a scan tomorrow. Interesting note is that it is a addressed to a Nellie Anhauser of 3131 Russell avenue, St. Louis, Mo. On the front it reads " these are what all Chicago istalking about" Anna. Could this be related to the Anhauser Busch family?
