Posted By: <b>davidcycleback</b><p>Yes. For card collectors, vintage items relating to the cards are collected. This includes packs, tobacco lunch pails, advertising signs, etc. Many card collectors like to have related-card items to display with their cards.

There's little question that a collector would pay more for the one with correct tax stamps over those with none-- and I'm sure a plethora are missing any tax stamps, correct era or not.
