Posted By: jay behrens
The only Josh Gibson cards you will find are tribute cards. The only things that exist from his playing days are photographs and postcards.

I used to own a gaming and comic store in Sacramento in the mid 90s. I didn't really colelct any comics, just aided my son's addiction to Spider-Man. I've always been a Batman fan but some of the newer titles like Astro City, Transmetropolitan, Strangers in Paradise and Milk & Cheese were always great reads. I have a buddy who just got his first 2 comics published, Devil Water and The Sword published by King Tractor Press. I got prerelease copies and both look very good.

Jay

I've just reached Upper Lower Class. I am now officially a babe magnet for poor chicks.

Posted By: Cat Fan
Thanks Hal and others. I was unaware that no cards existed (absent tributes). I was under the impression that some were being sold on E-bay a while back. One was apparently of a Latin variety. Anyhow, thanks guys. Any Superman comic book fans?

Posted By: Hal Lewis
I think I got it in 2003 in a Mastro or REA auction.

Sure wish that crease would get "soaked and pressed" out of there!
