Posted By: Mark
I was thinking something like that might be what these are.

I did a search on Google and the only references I came up with took me to eBay and his auctions.

Thank you for the fast answer.

Posted By: steve f
Agreed. Old magazine paper cutout. Worthless, unless you posess the intact mag, then it's worth a few bucks. The alleged grading company is bogus. Find a real card in a SGC, PSA, GAI or BVG holder to buy. Good luck

Posted By: Genaro
As most of you knoe from a previous post I was beet by a seller for an Joe Dimaggio Rookie card that was a Goudey movie book cut out. The sellers address and the grading company are the same. Several other sellers use the same grading service submit blind bids to up the price but I can't call them on it because they are private bids. however I have seen where their feed back to each other is listed. BSVA is a scam I won my dispute with paypall and am awaiting my refund. BE VERY AWARE of these scam artists.

Posted By: davidcycleback
A key for beginners is to purchase issues listed in the Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards, Beckett Almanac (both available from amazon.com) or on oldcardboard.com. Also be wary of graders who aren't PSA, SGC and GAI (If some wish to include Beckett in the list, that is fine).
