Posted By: walter ruether
I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me , that I noticed that psa will encapsulate trimmed or cards that have been tampered or otherwise such as pinholes ect, but they wont grade it, it will just read authentic if the card is real, does anyone know if scg does the same thing?

I dont think that they will slab cards that have been tampered with in other ways (such as rebacked, colored, etc) though Im not sure. SGC will grade cards with pinholes (as will psa I believe), that have been written on, etc.
