Posted By: T206Collector
...that Clark Griffith batting and Miller Huggins Hands At Mouth are relatively inexpensive. Chance Yellow Background is also easily had inexpensively. Bobby Wallace and Rube Marquard cards will also not break your bank.

Posted By: DaveWilliams
I picked up 7 T 206's this summer on Ebay, including Speaker and Huggins for $120.

It's pretty easy to get HOF'ers reasonable if condition is not the pre-emininent concern.

Posted By: Dan Koteles
Tinker , Evers and Red Chance ports along w/
centered Chesbro are really tough and arent
inexpensive.

Jennings two hands, bres- bat-all Huggins
all Willis cards and yes the Chance yel port.

I have 2 raw Tinker port (jumbos) that i wouldnt
take 2k for them and I was offered 3k for one of my EVers ports and it would take 7000.00.

Posted By: Lee Behrens
I agree with Dan, The tinker Evers Chance command a premium over most HOFers.

The ones I find the least expensive are G. Davis (some people still don't realize he is a HOFer), Huggins, Griffith, Bresnahan, & Willis ( all there non-potraits). Portraits are tough to find inexpensively.

Can anyone tell me why Zach Wheat has been commanding a premium , he never use to.

Lee

Posted By: RP60
No such thing as an affordable T206 Cobb. I've seen pretty crappy ones go for a nice buck..Un-graded under 200.00 HOF'ers or for that matter under 150.00 can be had, and in rather nice shape..To me, honest to goodness 'affordable' under 100.00 cards can be found easily if you dont mind creasing, well rounded corners, some paper loss on the reverse, and the occasional ink-well notation.

Posted By: Dan Koteles
Wheat's pose maybe the answer....just sorta
unique . I think Joe Kelley is the same way,
and you dont see alot of either of the 2 in
high grade. I have the Kelley in a Victory
that I cherish a bunch.

Posted By: Dave Snyder
Don't forget Chief Bender...........I was able to pick up an ungraded "pitching no trees" variation on Ebay last Fall for About $45. Probably would grade an SGC 20-30.

Posted By: robert
Tinker, Evers, Chance, and throw in Mordecai Brown (to a lesser extent) are a bit more expensive. Chance yellow portrait is very common though and can be found for relatively cheap. M. Brown Portrait is pretty tough.

Keeler and Chesbro are also two of the tougher hofers to find at cheaper prices.

I've always found Bobby Wallace and George Davis to be the easiest to find.
Willis throwing as well is fairly easy.
