Posted By: DRY
Hi all,

I am heading to Cooperstown for the first time on Thursday, and was wondering if there were any vintage card shops in the area, or vintage baseball attractions outside of the Hall of Fame? Any other recommendations of things to see?

Thanks in advance!

There was really only one shop that had any interesting vintage memorabilia for sale. Overpriced of course, but interesting. The card shops were all tourist traps bordering on fraud - phony autographs galore. No graded cards whatsoever - plenty of trimmed and doctored cards though. But I didn't care...the trip to the Hall is what I came there for and as always thoroughly enjoyed it.
