Posted By: cmoking
I found the prices on the site to be a bit on the high side. I always felt I could do better if I waited and found the card on ebay. But the main problem I had with them is that their search function takes a long time to load. It was a pain in the butt to search for anything...and so finally I stopped using them.

Posted By: Anthony
I did find a card I needed on there once, paid for it, and 4 weeks later it still hadn't arrived. Contacted the seller, he'd sold the card 6 months before and closed the listings, or so he thought. Contacted Naxcom and the guy gave me the hard sell to keep the money in my naxcom account instead of getting a refund. Finally got the refund a few weeks later.
Horrible search function, poor customer service, annoying barkers at shows. Might be ok if you're looking for the latest refractor though.
