If you have already formed an opinion, why bother posting it? There might be someone out that might think it is some type of varition but my opinion is an altered card.<br /><br />Lee

It is interesting to me that the paterns of the extra ink above the Y in N.Y. are identical. I think this could be just a printer error, but one that would reduce value, not increase it.
