Posted By: Mike Pugeda
Josh,

Personally, I would keep the SGC40. The color is not as good but there are some things that just seem to bother me more than others and paper loss (even on the back) is one of them. I'd take creases over paper loss in most situations.

Mike

Buy the 20 and use the left over money to buy more cards

Jay

If you can sue a band for making you want to commit suicide, can I sue Barry Manilow for turning me into a wuss in the 70s?

Posted By: Jimi
I'd definitely take the 40 even with the better coloring on the 20. The 20 is offcentered and appears to be cut weird, too. And.....of course, the paper loss.

Jimi

Posted By: Chris Mc
I would keep the 40 hands down. The card is centered very well and I would rather have a well centered card even if the color is off a little. If the backs were blank it wouldn't make much difference but I would still go with the 40.

Posted By: john/z28jd
I would keep the 40 also based on front alone, when you take the paper loss into consideration then its an easy choice....actually knowing myself as well as i do,id probably keep both and then try to buy more of them

Posted By: Richard
I would keep the 40, sell the 20 for 30 money like it deserves and put it towards upgrading the rest of my set. But that's just me.

Posted By: Lee Behrens
I would keep the 20 and sell the 40 to get other cards if not for the staining on the front of the 20. I have sold many higher grade cards that were not as visually appealing as my lower grade card.

Lee
Posted By: Geno
I'd crack them out of those holders, get a bit of glue, and have the 20 on front with the 40 back...it would probably grade about 60 then.

Geno

Posted By: Julie Vognar
and there's also a very small problem with register with 40's whole head ( a bit more white shows around it). but some really important things--the face, the position of the hand--are identical on both cards and the 20 has 1) mild staining on the front and 2) back damqage.

The only real reason for keeping the 20 is--my impression from my T202s and t206s-- Bender has a brownish face, and you might not be willing to forgo that.
Posted By: Cat
Sell the 20. Once you sell the 20, you will no longer have a reminder that the color could be a little better on the 40. But if you sell the 40, all you have to do is flip the 20 over for a reminder that your card has paper loss.

Posted By: JimB
I would keep the 40. I think I owned that 20 at one time about eight or nine years ago (maybe more). Paper loss really bothers me. When I first started upgrading my E93 set, about nine years ago, the first thing I tried to do was replace the five or six cards with paper loss.
JimB
