Posted By: leon
So I think I told the story about the snotty nosed kids hawking the isles at the 2005 National for the Broadway Ricks Scam Zone auctions. I took a flier and threw it away in front of one of them....and walked away. Here is a thread to our friends on the Game Used board on Network 54. It looks like he's up to his shady ole practices again. I don't mind posting this because I am sure he still sells cards, and while most are probably good, he is the poster child for "caveat emptor"....regards

http://www.network54.com/Forum/thread?forumid=379976&messageid=1127664137&lp=1127760180

Posted By: Judge Dred (Fred)
I started a thread about one of his recent auctions. I'm guessing he emailed most of us that contributed to that thread. I, as a few others, responded to the email that was sent by BRSZ only to find that an email was generated stating that my email was not accepted (or something to that affect).

I called the 800 number for BRSZ and I was told Rick was not available but they did receive the email and that I could call back later when Rick was in. I tried calling again and he was not available. I figured he could have responded to my email regarding why I felt he wasn't a very good person from who to make a card purchase. I received NADA. I figure it's really not worth wasting my time letting BRSZ know what he probably already knows. It's easier to just not bid in his auctions.
