Posted By: Jim Clarke
I told myself if I ever bought a PIN or a Pennant I would quit collecting.. I have no clue on value or scarcity? It just looks cool to me... JC

Posted By: Aaron M.
Jim, did you win that pin in the Mastro auction? http://mastronet.com/index.cfm?action=DisplayContent&ContentName=Lot%20Information&LotIndex=49683&CurrentRow=1

Muchinsky's pinback book lists it at $2,500, which would seem to be about accurate given the Mastro price.

BTW, where's my Tigers postcard?? (Although I did win one in Hunt's auction over the weekend along with a few other postcards.)

--Aaron
http://aaronsroom.blogspot.com/

Posted By: Hal Lewis
JC:

Your scan of the pin is a little too small for me to see.

Are the photos the same as the ones from my card??

Which would also make them the same as the "Alpha Photo Engraving" cards, wouldn't it??

Posted By: Tom Boblitt
The value is one bump more than the last bump (plus 17.5%, shipping, handling and insurance)...........

Pins are great! I'm on the more 'common' pins like Cameo Pepsin, Diamond Gum and others. You can have these high dollar babies! It is a beauty and what a lineup........much better than the 1985 Cincinnati Reds.......

Posted By: Jim Clarke
I will post a BIGGER PIC of the pin when it comes in from Mastro. Hal that is a GREAT Cabinet.. Do you want to do an even trade? David you had a great Cabinet as well... I did not know how talented this team was until I heard Dan Mckee talk about them at Nationals. I then did a little research at the baseball reference site where those were some amazing numbers they put up. Aaron, The Tiger's PC has not been found yet, but then again, the 2005 Tigers team hasn't either... JC
