Posted By: Josh K.
I just purchased my first Turkey Red card. The price seemed decent for a fairly beat up HOF, but I was just guessing since I havent tracked any sales. Did I get a decent deal or did I overpay? If I overpaid, at least it didnt cost too much.

http://cgi.ebay.com/T3-Turkey-Red-Eddie-Collins_W0QQitemZ5226679024

This card also has the ad back, which has a slight premium.

Bill

correct link for the T3 is here: http://cgi.ebay.com/T3-Turkey-Red-Eddie-Collins_W0QQitemZ5226679024

Posted By: Chris Counts
I, too, just picked up my first Turkey Red, which is a Harry McIntyre in about VG for $125. I believe you got a nice deal. The few dealers who have them for sale are charging about twice what I paid for a clean common, and Eddie Collins isn't even a common HOFer, but one of the game's all-time greats ...
