Posted By: <b>scott brockelman</b><p>anyone want to wager how soon we will see either a doctored slab/scan or a popped out and doctored back & front scan of the josh gibson toleteros card that lelands and sgc wisely produced and sent out to hundreds, maybe thousands of registered lelands bidders. sure it's not likely but i can assure you one of these will fall into the hands of an unscrupulous ebay seller.<br /><br />my question is why would these 2 entities which are much smarter than this, use a slabbed repro to promote themselves? this just makes it more difficult for the hobby to police its self from fraudulent activities, we already have a plethora of repros floating around, why make more.<br /><br />any thoughts?<br /><br />scott

I still have it. I know it lists for between 10-20 dollars; don't know if anyone actually buys them...nice card.<br /><br />Like everyone else, I've always wanted a Josh Gibson...gee, look what I found.
