Goudey PSA card - mark?

I have this card in a PSA 4, and it doesn't have that problem, so I don't think this is a common print defect. Did PSA screw this up? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Posted By: <b>Brian Goldner</b><p>My first impression is that this is quite possibly something on the holder, and not the card. However, verification of this from the seller, would be a wise course of action prior to placing a bid.
