Posted By: jay behrens
I set up at his shows from 1986-91. Mark is very concious about not letting dealers of shiney new stuff overrun his show. He tries to keep a good balance of vintage cards, memorabilia and new stuff. It's definately worth going.

Jay

I like to sit outside drink beer and yell at people. If I did this at home I would be arrested, so I go to baseball games and fit right in.

Posted By: Rich Jacobs
No: BART doesn't run to the Oakland airport. If you fly into Oakland, you'd have to take a cab to the Oakland Colliseum station, and then take a Fremont train to San Leandro.

Alternatively, you can fly into San Francisco, and take BART from SFO across the Bay on the Fremont line to San Leandro.

Posted By: Julie
drop me an e-mail and I'll send you Mark's detailed instructions by car.

You can take a bus FROM the airport, too, to the BART.

Now NB: (Note bene): this is a show of 67 tables. Not ALL of them will have interesting stuff on them, though interesting stuff is encouraged. But it IS a small show. Consider how much smaller than Tri Star it is, and there are about 10 times as many interesting tables as there are at Tri Star. But it's not worth crossing the country for, especially if you live near the Pennsylvania shows.
