Posted By: Robert
I am so frustrated with EBAY, I put in a dispute for an unpaid buyer back in January and relisted and sold the item after waiting 60 days. I just noticed that they refused to grant me the FVF on the first auction that the buyer did not pay. I have no idea how to get in touch with anybody there via email or phone. It was an expensive item and feel that they are screwing me. Can anybody tell me how I can get my credit?

For all they know, you got your money and just forgot about the dispute. Go back and read the rules carefully. I think there also may be a time limit for applying for the refund.

Texas Ted
Trying to find answers to life's difficult questions.
