Any clue on what this card it?

I would have asked that group what it was but since it's not coated in "chrome" or refracts the different colors of the rainbow they probably wouldn't know. <br /><br /><img src="http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-3/127815/stockingbb.jpg">
