So, you really go on faith. The cards in my orders were properly graded, or close enough, and I found the prces to be OK. They were badly overgraded, I did send in 6 of the 8 to be graded and not one came within a grade of what they advertised and the other 2 I did not feel were worth sending in.<br /><br />As mentioned previously the phone contact guy does nothing but take orders, claims cards are at a different site.
