Posted By: Tom Boblitt
one of the better Ruth forgery signatures from some of the others that've appeared on ebay! At least someone took the time to study the signature a little and use a fountain pen!

Posted By: hankron
Agreed. Appears to have been an honest mistake. In a painless way (relative to if the item had been sold), he (or she or them) had an invaluable lessen about selling autographs on consignment. Next time a consignor hands him the autograph of Ronald Reagan or Syd Barrett, he'll think harder.

'Syd isn't up to signing today'

Not to be outdone, the National Hockey League has announced that when they resume their season, not only will several fans be beaten every period, but one lucky fan each game will be run over by the Zamboni.
