Posted By: brian p
There have been several discussions in the past in which we offered opinions on the ugliest vintage cards that were ever produced. In my opinion nothing can top this issue, and this particular example is just mind blowing:

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=86841&item=5135880330</a" target=_new>http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=86841&item=5135880330</a>

No wonder why this issue is so seldomly seen--the ones not instantly thrown away must now be stored in dimly lit areas to protect the collector from permanent visual impairment.

Brian

Posted By: hankron
it should be noted that, while he did not appear in the set, Bela Lugosi was the master of the white zombies and kept his zombie slaves on a faraway island.

(scenes from the 1932 movie 'White Zombie')

Posted By: Gilbert Maines
While I can not disagree that the artists style employed in this issue is underappreciated, I have to give the nod to MP&Co.'s lack of attempt to depict actual ballplayers, if the question was "which cards are least desirable".

Also worthy of (dis)honorable mention is Schutter johnson and R337 Eclipse issues.
