Posted By: Dan Bretta
Anyone recognize any of the players here in the following photos? The possible dates on these going by uniform styles are 1962-64....I know the "old man" would be Bill Rigney, but I am stumped on any of the players...also strange to me are the hat styles on the Colts player...the Braves player on the bench is also wearing a hat with "LB" on it??? Check out the boxes of baseballs on the ground...not only were they using Reach balls, but there is also a box of DeBeer baseball too.

Posted By: Greg
Great photos Dan, I love those ball boxes!
I don't think that's Bill Rigney, perhaps Jimmie Reese who helped coach the Angels on and off (Babe Ruth's former roommate!)

Greg

Posted By: bobw
The Pirate player is Bob Bailey. The Angel player with the catchers mitt looks a little like Ed Kirkpatrick. The person next to Bailey seems to be looking at a program. Maybe you could scan a larger image and see what it says
