Posted By: Dave F
There was an auction that I believe ended last night for a supposed Jesse Burkett autographed ball. I'm no autograph expert, but I am aware that if it were real we would be talking a substancial sum of money for a guy that probably has few existing autographs out there. Did anyone see it?

Posted By: Dan Bretta
I saw it. The guy was selling it as a fake anyway...I don't think he was trying to be deceptive...although the title may be.

It's still listed
http://cgi.ebay.com/JESSE-C-BURKETT-autographed-antique-baseball_W0QQitemZ270118398557QQihZ017QQcategoryZ5 0115QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
