Posted By: Chris
While browsing the vintage cards for sale on Ebay I came accross this lady selling 3 CJ's and what sort of look like T205 cards but without the gold border maybe. Pictures were bad. I emailed the lady and asked her a number of questions including how she obtained all the cards she has and also if she held the Cracker Jack cards up to the light, could she see thru it? I have never seen a reprint Cracker Jack up close but I know if you hold an authentic one to the light you can see thru it. I also asked why the pictures of the cards were so bad but all her other pictures were so sharp.

When she replied she said she got them in an Estate sale, found in an attic and she said she could not see thru them. She also said the reason for the bad pics were the cards were dark so she wanted people to be able to see what they look like, whatever that means. I told her they were most likely reprints and she should list them as such. She ended the auctions and said she was not trying to mislead anyone and would take them to be looked at.

I recently added a link to report authenticity disclaimer people to my favorite lists and try to report as many as I can.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5124730139&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:US:1
