Seems that basic scam is, send out total crap and then if someone complains, send them some good cards. Otherwise, no complaint, no good cards. Reading the responses to the negs is a riot. Certainly not very ladylike and lots of grounds for filing a somplaint about retaliatory feedback.<br /><br />Jay<br><br>I like to sit outside, drink beer and yell at people. If I did this at home I would be arrested, so I go to baseball games and fit right in.

I am willing to bet that a lot of dissatisfied people simply skipped the feedback thing in order to avoid a retaliatory negative. <br /><br />I think the rule should be that an ebay seller must leave feedback within a month of close of the auction or lose the right to leave feedback on the auction, unless the seller puts in a non-performing bidder notice. That way, the seller cannot retaliate. <br /><br />You know, I have boxes of "good" 1990's cards sitting around from an unfortunate spending spree; maybe I should run a dutch auction for lots of them too, only give the buyers value for their money??

And this was in Sept of 2003.<br /><br />I'm surprised no one has turned this guy in for retaliatory negs.
