If it is, is it just because it's from the Charlie Sheen collection?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31718&item=5105488784&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Does anyone know if there are more PSA "collections" of encapsulated cards?

Just curious.
