They have been done to death by this point and it's accurate to state that nothing new is being offered on the topic, although not for want of trying. Newbies can be referred to the many older posts on this subject for the articulate arguments presented there.<BR><BR>I realize that there will be many future posts that will mention grades and the companies that issued them, but these don't fall into the same camp, I think. <BR><BR>Bill<BR>

As long as the post is accurately titled, and we don't drag our conversation into the posts of other subjects, what's the problem? And covering this issue is not to the exclsuion of other topics - people can present a new post whenever they want.<BR><BR>It's an important topic to many people, and the archives become less relevent as time goes by, because preferences change. And we are, in fact, discussing recent events and buying habits.<BR><BR>Don't read the post titled "PSA vs. SGC" if you don't want to read about it; read it if you do. Would you pull books from a librbary because one topic is covered more than you wish?.<BR><BR>Certainly as forum boss, I'll lay off it if you wish, but I don't exactly see why.

We have had some very interesting discussions in these threads, and I would hate to see them end just because a few people who aren't interested (or who disagree with the discussion content) don't have the self-control to not open the thread.

Posted By: <b>Bill</b><p>I'm not advocating censorship, I was just suggesting a little self-restraint on the topic of grading companies, since these threads almost inevitably end up being personal battles. I see I'm outvoted on this one, however.<BR><BR>On a related note, N54 promises to have "sticky" threads soon, meaning that a particular thread can be made to stay at the top of the first page. Once that happens, we'll make the B/S/T and grading company threads permanent.<BR><BR>Bill
