Except for missing 20% of the front cover, it was in decent shape - good binding, all pages, very readable. Estimated value???<BR>e-bay search had a poor one sell for $67. Any other secondary market besides e-bay for these? I tend to buy things, treasure them for a while then try to get my money back out, but, in this case, I want it to remain whole if and when I sell it.
