Posted By: Tom Boblitt
Does anyone know much about the E254 Colgans back variation that has '208 in present series' below the normal printing on the card. I have a couple hundred Colgans and this is the only one I have with that and the only one I've seen. Any idea on value. I believe it's on Meyer of Newark. Will post a picture at a later time. Thanks for any info.....

I have 132 Colgan's and NONE of those.
I don't believe he knew any more about it than you do, but you could write him or phone him and ask; he has quite a few Colgan's--many more more than you do, and likes to get all kinds, including the "proofs," and the "series of 28..."He's aiming to complete the set(s), a la Fritsch.
