My understanding is that as a compromise, a special section for "fallen stars" will be added to the HOF, featuring initial inductees Joe Jackson, Rose, Hal Chase. <BR><BR>But talks stalled when Selig demanded that Cobb, Speaker, Mays and Mantle be moved to his new "Selig Section" of the hall. As usual, 19th century star gamblers won't even be included on the ballot!?!
