If there is no dot it is a reprint/fake. I am assuming the Topps are the same, but I might be wrong ( I dont see a yellow dot on the left shoulder here)

I would agree with MW that KSA has plenty of experience grading the OPC Gretzky, I am not so certain about the Topps. Regardless, I do not think KSA would put a counterfeit Gretz rookie in a holder. Plus, the Gretz rookie is one of the few cards where you might benefit from having it graded by KSA. KSA 8's often come back PSA or SGC 6's and a KSA 8 will sell for more than a PSA or SGC 6.
