Computer advice/help please

My computer is working fine in general, but when I go to Ebay and click on an auction, any auction, my computer freezes and I have to control-alt-delete. Everything else in my system is working perfect, I did a Norton Anti-Virus scan and found nothing. I'm quite perturbed. Can anyone out there offer me some advice? Thanks in advance!

Posted By: <b>David</b><p>Whenever I have that type of problem it usually means that I'm using too much memory for the computer-- such as running too many programs at the same time. I would image that eBay takes up some memory, with all the graphics etc, and possibly causes a freeze if you are also running email, word, etc.
