I noticed that it finally got around to bumping up prices for the '15 Sporting News Ruth RC to better reflect market prices. Anyone with the SMR price on the VG-EX 4? Thanks in advance. Chris

Based on recent sales, the price structure looks more like 2x the price of a '52 Topps Mantle for the most part. That might overprice things somewhat [10-20%] in the grades below PSA 7, but it would be closer to the market than what the SMR says now.)<BR>Chris<BR>

I recall that day vividly - last 6 mins of the auction, the price jumped over 50%. You are correct, the SMR is way off on that Ruth and the M101-4 copy. The interest in those issues is amazing, reminds me of the E121 Ruth as of late... Yee's PSA 3 copy realized $2150, my SGC 40 copy garnered $2250, a PSA 7 copy didn't hit the reserve at over $15,000 and the last PSA 3 copy ended at $1800. There is another PSA 3 copy available as we speak. <BR><BR>What other cards do you collect?

I'm really averse to doing trades especially for cards I'm not really passionate about (I hardly even know what the E121 is or its significance). Don't know of any other Ruth cards I'm really intent on having. On card deals I'm basically just comfortable going for cash not trade. Best, Chris
