Posted By: <b>Marc S.</b><p>He will get reprimanded for "improper bid retraction". Don't think they do anything unless it is abused by the bidder....<BR><BR>However, for retracting bids, all you have to do is put in "bid wrong amount", and Ebay will never penalize you.
