Posted By: leon
I sort of miss the "scraps" myself (at least a little)...the arguments that were on the other board were funny, ironic, and at times immature but they WERE amusing(sometimes). Oh well...so much for the childish side of me....although I will say that I NEVER posted anonymously it was fun to watch some of the tirades..... In some of them some good info came out too.....maybe I could stir up an argument for old times sake?? nah........best regards

ps..this is a little better controlled environment from before....certainly doesn't hurt

Posted By: Elliot
and I hope nobody thinks that there is an iron hand. I'd like to see some discussion of contentious issues, I don't intend to automatically delete unsigned messages, BUT I think that it should be kept civil. Agree? Disagree?

Posted By: David
You appear to have done a fine job, Eliot. I beleive that it is resonable to have to delete a message once in a while, or even block a especially troublesome poster. Keep up the good work.

Eventually, the body of the message board included the rantings/ravings for a complete piece of work. When the arguments are removed from the picture, what we are left with is hobby talk; a little more boring sometimes, but quieter and more "on-topic". Personally, I have to admit that the bickering "got to me" enough that I had to post something myself, just to ask them to knock it off. This sometimes made me a target and drew me into it. I don't miss it too much, but is wasn't so bad I guess. But remember, if it came back I'll bet some of us would be saying the opposite (possibly me). All in good fun, I guess. (Deleted "anonymous" posts are still good, though)

Hello to Leon, I finally got my computer back!

Ben.
