Was looking at some prices there and it looks like their average prices include BIN/Best Offers listed at the BIN price as the sale price, even though the offer price would be lower. Obviously this would skew all their data higher, do I have this right? Thanks! Pat

Didn't even think about what you called out, but it would make sense based on what I've seen. Since Ebay blocked access by outside companies to their completed sales data, VCP like you said includes the ask, not the accepted price on BIN listings - a problem both for "average" calculation as well as accurate price history.

Yep, as Howard pointed out, Ebay made a change not that long ago with the data in their page source, making it harder to get at the OBO price. VCP around that time started using the BIN price for those sold listings. 130 point is still displaying the actual price on OBO listings (thought I'm not sure how they are getting that data).
