View Full Version : Does anyone have a more direct number for PSA besides their 1-800 line?

Hey, just curious if one of y'all have a number for contact at PSA that is a little more direct than their 1-800 line? I called that number today around 3pm central, and got a pre-recorded message that they had reached their "call quota" for the day, which I find to be quite ridiculous.

And I now they have delays with most of the lower level services, but I was under the impression that the higher level ones were still moving pretty much on time. I've got a 1948 Leaf Jackie that has been sitting there for a few business days not logged in to their system (other than marked as received), and I'd really love for it to get moving down the line considering what they charge for a card of that value.

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give. And thanks for listening to my mini rant haha

1-800-782-5048

or, if it's easier to remember using the letters on the phone dial pad :

1-800-SUCK IT

If you call early in the morning and use the call back option they will call you when it is your turn in the queue.

I just did an express submission that was recieved on Nov 23rd logged in on 27th and completed in 12 business days (on its way back now). So higher services seem to be slightly delayed but not terribly.

Once it gets logged in for processing which seems to be taking 3 to 4 days, it should move very quickly.

Good luck.

Well I guess getting on here and complaining put some vibes out into the universe. Got up early this morning to call, and when I went to check the status before I did that, both of my high tier subs (48 Leaf Robinson and Ruth) were in the grading stage and are now on assembly.

I have had an order in "grading" for over a month....going on two. I wish there was a method to their madness.

If you want to speak directly to Joe Orlando, then first dial the main number, and then press 6 then 3 then 8 then 3 then 7 then 4 then 3 then 8 then 2 then 4 then 3 then 2 then 8 then 3 and one more 3.

Yup, me too. Two separate orders have been stuck in the grading phase since October. I'm sure we keep getting pushed back for the folks paying for Express Service or higher. It doesn't seem right, but in the end, it always comes down to money.
