Need to Contact PWCC - CS Is Not Helping

Good morning.
Can someone provide me with email addresses for Brent or some other higher-ups at PWCC? Someone over there created a problem with one of my submissions, and Customer Service is not being very prompt in responding. I have an old email for Brent, but I don't know if it's obsolete at this point. Any help appreciated,

That was my only complaint with PWCC, at times they weren't very prompt answering questions.
