Standard Final Value Fees are 10%. Add 3% for accepting PayPal as payment.

A little less if you have a store...maybe 9.15%?

It's all changing a bit once you get pushed into managed payments. I posted about this in the Watercooler section awhile ago but nobody seemed to be interested.
Ebay selling it as a fee savings, but as usual if you understand basic math it's mostly another price hike.
