There is no doubt the MLB is next. I would hope they shorten the season as compared to playing games in an empty stadium.

In Japan we've already had our baseball season opener postponed indefinitely and the spring sumo tournament (going on now) is being held before an empty stadium.
The US has already overtaken Japan in cases and I don't see any way that MLB is going to be able to go ahead with the season opener as planned at this point.

I was supposed to go to that game. Gave my tickets away. Dropped a dude off at Chesapeake 20 minutes before it was cancelled.

The NHL has just announced that the 2019/20 season will be cancelled due to the coronavirus. The Toronto Maple Leafs have been made the Stanley Cup champions! There is going to be a big parade here tonight. I'm so happy!

Rudy Gobert is solely responsible for this. I hope he never suits up ever again. He has the mentality of a sixth grader and I hope he knows that’s going to cost him his career and then some.

Rob ,I think you are my brother from another mother. I can't watch NBA , even a game 7 finals isn't appealing to me.
And I watch TCM most every night...
Last night's Joe E. Brown mini-marathon featured swimming and bike racing so I'll count that as sports.
Postponing NHL with the playoffs about to start is very difficult news.
Postponing baseball and the excitement of opening day is crushing.
At least I have TCM!
