View Full Version : Cool “find” in my personal T206 collection

Many years ago I put together a fully graded set minus the big 6. Over the last year or so I added Demmitt and O’Hara to get to 520. I basically haven’t collected a T206 until very recently. With all the crap going on I thought I’d just have some fun upgrading commons and lower level HOFers and selling off what I upgraded to fund more. Something to pass the time for awhile. I’ve been reading Ted’s posts in the T206 reference thread and got to the Elite 11 post and thought to myself I should check my examples to see if maybe I got lucky and had a 350 of one of them (I knew I didn’t have an EPDG because I only have one or two of them) and lo and behold look what I found.......

Not sure hat it’s worth but I think I’m going to use it to fund more upgrades.

Best,

Scott

Congrats, since you're going to sell it, I would recommend sending it in to PSA for reholder (or doing it on site at the National), and they will add the set information to the flip.

John thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately I won’t be at the National so I might have to sign up for a PSA membership although not sure what that’s worth these days.....

If anyone wants to help from a value perspective via PM it would be appreciated. I’m not into backs so I’m out of my element a bit on this one.

If you know someone going ask them if they can do it for you. I had a fellow member do that for me before.

You don't need a membership to send a card in for Reholder. Only for bulk submissions.

Nice find!!! It should have a sell value around $600. I personally don't think a reholder will increase the sale price over the cost of a reholder. Some buyer might want it in a SGC holder anyways.

Hi Scott

I'm glad all that good stuff on my T206 REFERENCE thread informed you.

I concur with Ron's estimate of $600 for this Ewing card. And, there is no
need to re-submit this card to the TPG dudes.....PSA 3 is what it is.
