Not sure what you're complaining about. Both the slab and the listing say the card is from 2006. Microaggressions and all that.

I know that none of us would be fooled by this. But imagine some newbie coming along and they read the beginning of the description.

That's actually the name of the set. They were given out at card stores one week in 2006.
