Not pretty. When the feds indict you, it is a very bad thing because they think they have the evidence to put you away and that is generally true. At least here, their conviction rate is in the high 90%. They just hit a high profile one here today in a murder for hire indictment against "Joe Exotic," which was right next door to our trial. Thank God, we got ours resolved prior to verdict. The one next door against Joe Exotic was an absolute shit show.

I was sent this story to add some more depth to the whole situation

Their conviction rate is most certainly above 90%. I believe it is 98%+

Forgive my ignorance, but how is he connected to Beckett? I thought Sandeep Dua was in charge.

Beckett is part of Eli Global which Greg owns. Mr. Dua is/was something akin to the CEO of Beckett.

Ok, thanks. I remember looking it up not too long ago and couldn't place the Lindberg guy.

Me too about this forum, twice. I wasn't very interested either time, fortunately. I still think they have some good graders on staff. This might be a good time to buy them? ( I only have 4 dollars so pretty sure it won't be me)

Boss- you need to set up a gofundyou.

But, seriously, should I stop my VCP subscription in light of those dubious connections?

Your four bucks and my four bucks could be a good start.

It's ironic Lindberg moved to incorporate businesses in NC to take advantage of corporate-friendly state laws, which in theory saved him money. If he is convicted any fines will surely nullify those savings.

Put me down for $4 of that action too.

My guess is the daily business runs as usual. They still can't keep up with demand by a longshot. I don't think the owner had any hand at all in day to day operations, which is good. Maybe long term the company gets sold again, who knows?
