Curious. Does anyone know what specific tobacco advertisements are on the backs of the existing Honus Wagner T-206 cards?

Confirmed to exist on T206Resource.com:
Piedmont 150, Factory 25, 2nd District, Virginia
Sweet Caporal 150, Factory 25, 2nd District, Virginia
Sweet Caporal 150, Factory 30, 2nd District, New York
There's also a blank back proof strip, but that's actually no advertising.

And hundreds of Ty Cobb backs discovered in attic finds currently available on Ebay.

And if you search ebay long enough, you might find a Cobb back on a Wagner.

Anyone have a completed Wagner back run? Piedmont is particularly tough, no?
Same 3 backs for E Plank plus the SC 350, 30 - couldn’t have been companion cards

What do you mean by a Cobb back on the Wagner.... it'd most certainly be a Wagner back on the Wagner...!:p:eek:

I thought the only Piedmont was the 8 but I see there is another one. I thought that had been an argument that the 8 was sheet cut. Maybe I have this wrong.
I don't know how many Pd there are, but #18 is a scrap, there is an overprint layer on the front. This is also known as Johnny Vs favorite card. :D

Putting the 8 to one side, there are no known Piedmonts that came out of cigarette packs, right?
I only know of the two, and as you know the 8 (probably) definitely didn't come out of a pack, but I am pretty far from being a Wagner expert.
