The signatures in picture #3 are Paul Blair and Bill Swaggerty.
Both played for the Orioles.
The thing that gets me though, is that on the signature in picture #1, all I can come up with is Rafael Belliard, who never played for the Orioles.

Steve, I figured out Blair and Swaggerty and thought the one also was Rafael Belliard. I also checked to see if Belliard ever coached with the O's or was a roving instructor or something to that effect but came up blank. So I was stumped also.
