Is anyone else having problems printing shipping labels on Paypal? It seems I can't print a label without applying for a Paypal Debit Card.

I had problems with ebay shipping labels a few days back while using IE, I switched over to my firefox browser and it worked fine. Could be something similar with the PP shipping.
